Dimapur, Aug. 21 (EMN): Speaking for and against the motion on the topic ‘Naga customary practices and traditions are in tune with changing times,’ UBSI MC Rutsa and UBSI Athiubo Zeliang were declared winners of the district-level debate respectively organised by Dimapur police on August 20 in the conference hall of the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur.
The second position in both categories were won by Havildar Peter Sangtam and UBSI Hachio Kikon.
Additional Commissioner of Police and PRO stated that altogether, 15 police officers and personnel participated in the debate competition. The jury panel comprised of Ajungba Imchen, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Dimapur, V Lovitoly, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Dimapur, and RT Chang, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Adm), Dimapur.
The introductory note was delivered by Limasunep Jamir, Commissioner of Police, Dimapur.
