A meeting of HODs, administrative officers, police and army officials of Dimapur district was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome, on January 12 in the DC’s conference hall, Dimapur.
Addressing the first official meeting of the year, Kesonyu conveyed New Year greetings to the members present. The main agenda discussed in the meeting centered on work distribution and preparations for the ensuing Republic Day celebration in Dimapur on January 26.
The house also decided that parade rehearsals would commence from January 19 to 23. The DC Dimapur sought cooperation and requested the members to put in their best services for the success of the ensuing national programme.
Meanwhile, DC Dimapur also directed all the HODs of the district to conduct programme in their respective offices on January 25 to commemorate the National Voters Day.
