
Officials and participants at the one-day awareness
programme on Startup Nagaland in Mokokchung on Wednesday.
- DIMAPUR — A one-day awareness programme on
Startup Nagaland was conducted by the District Industries Centre (DIC),
Mokokchung, on Wednesday at Mayangnokcha Government Higher Secondary School,
Mokokchung.
- According to a DIPR report, the vice principal of the
school, Votiba, in his welcome address, thanked the department for giving the
school the opportunity to host the programme on their premises. He also
encouraged the students to work hard, be smart, and learn beyond the walls of
the classroom.
- While delivering the keynote address, the functional
manager, Asula Imlong, highlighted that the aim of the startup policy is to
foster a strong ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship.
- She further highlighted that the programme targeted students
to encourage them to tap into their creative minds and innovative ideas and to
nurture themselves towards their future dreams and goals.
- The project associate of RAMP, Tamong Longkumer, delivered
the PowerPoint presentation on Startup Nagaland, while the event was chaired by
the financial analyst of RAMP, Lhouvingutuo.
