DGCAA held 2nd general meets

EMN DIMAPUR, MARCH 18 The Dimapur Government College Alumni Association (DGCAA) has conducted its 2nd general meet on March 14, at the college premises. The Principal, Mrs. Kuholi Chishi exhorted and encouraged the Alumni to be ambassadors of their alma mater. She informed the Alumni about the tasks and efforts being undertaken to have the NAAC Accreditation for the college. The principal also said that, the whole college, including the Faculty, Staff and Students were working towards the all round development of the college and the optimism of the college. She also highlighted about the improvement of academic atmosphere and the quality track without any compromise on quality education as well as the infrastructural development that the college has witnessed. In the programme, Mr. K. Temjen Jamir, Editor, Tir Yimyim; Mr.Mahesh Aggarwal, Proprietor, Bajrang Hardware; Mr.Rajkumar and Mr.Sandeep Jain, Proprietor Euro Kid International School also shared their memorable experiences in the college. Mr. A. Yanger Jamir, the President of the Alumni Association delivered welcome address while Mrs .Sedevino gave a brief note on the Alumni Association. The program was chaired by Mr. Kishor Dass, while the vote of thanks was proposed by Miss. Imnatila. The Evangelical Union of the college presented the welcome song and Mr. Medongoi Rhakho invoked God’s blessing upon the gathering.
