DFL: A1 Power Play thrash Burma Camp FC 4-1

Dimapur, Sep. 11 (EMN): A1 Power Play thrashed Burma Camp FC 4-1 in the first match of the day at the DDSC stadium in Dimapur on Wednesday, Sep. 11. The first two goals were scored by Nyithong and Aben of A1 Powerplay in the 2nd and 3rd minute respectively. A solitary goal for Burma Camp was scored by Moasunep in the 23rd minute. In the second half, Aben scored another goal for A1 Powerplay in the 27th minute followed by another goal by Kito in the 29th minute. The match patron of the day, Himato Yeptho, President of Central Naga Students’ Association (CNSA) lauded the Naga United FC which is organising the Dimapur Football League (DFL) for the annual event thereby providing a platform for young people to showcase their talents. He assured CNSA’s full support and cooperation to the organisers in their endeavour to promote young talents. Appreciating the public of Dimapur for coming out in large numbers to support and cheer their clubs, Himato encouraged them to continue extending their support and cooperation.
