DIMAPUR — Commemorating ‘International Day of Older Persons,’ Mokokchung unit of the Indian Dental Association (IDA) Nagaland state branch organised a distribution of free dentures and health camp in Süngratsü village on October 4.
An update from the office of the chief medical officer (CMO), Mokokchung, stated that the health camp was conducted under the leadership of Mokokchung district representative, Dr. Kenzie Theja, along with dentists from both government and private practitioners within Mokokchung district.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]It stated that a total of 26 dentures were given away during the health camp. Besides, it conducted few extractions and also distributed medicines to the patients without any charge.
Meanwhile, it stated that the village council has thanked the association for conducting the health camp for the benefit of the villagers.
