Delays in the announcement of recruitment results (of Forest Guard) have become a recurring issue, causing frustration and uncertainty among job aspirants. The result for written exam was supposed to be announced in the month of August 2025 and the oral/viva test was to be held in the same month, but I wonder why it is taking such a long time for the department to declare the result as it raises questions about transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the recruitment process.
Thousands of candidates have given their best yet it seems like their dreams and hard work might go in vain with the delay of result. Aspirants have put all their resources and energy in the recruitment but the concerned department is yet to declare the result for written exam of candidates who have invested months, even years, of hard work, resources, and hope into these examinations. When results are postponed indefinitely, it disrupts their career plans and creates anxiety about their future. Some aspirants even miss opportunities or might get overage while waiting for the result.
Authorities must ensure timely updates and transparency regarding the status of recruitment results. The department should give a notification in the public domain as to why the result is delayed as per the date issued when the recruitment was held hoping that nothing fishy is cooking behind the scene as most of the aspirants might be having doubts. I would request the government of Nagaland to hold exam through NSSB only, if not NPSC, rather than departmental exams for the better future of the aspirants.
