DIMAPUR —The Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts has informed that it has set up a dedicated pensioners’ helpline, aimed at addressing the various challenges faced by pensioners across the state.
According to a report from DIPR, the helpline serves as a specialised assistance platform designed to support pensioners in resolving issues that may arise following the finalisation of their pensions by the office of the accountant general. Pensioners have been encouraged to reach out to the helpline during normal office hours by calling the numbers 8798747825 and 8798747826 to speak with officers. Alternatively, grievances can also be submitted via WhatsApp to 8798747800.
