DC Tuensang issues travellers advisory

DIMAPUR — In view of the on-going repair work of the Hamilton Bridge at 61 km between Yangli and Mangakhi in Tuensang district, the district administration has restricted movement of all types of vehicles along the route on January 19.

In an advisory on Thursday, Tuensang Deputy Commissioner Lithrongla Tongpi Rustsa informed that the restriction would be in place from 6 am to 6 pm on Jan. 19.

The DC advised travellers to take alternative routes including the Tuensang- Yangli- Suruhoto- Zunheboto route, Tuensang- Yangli- Suruhoto- Longsa- Mokokchung, or Tuensang- Longleng - Changtongya- Mokokchung route.
