DIMAPUR — Deputy Commissioner of Phek, Rhosietho Nguori, convened a coordination meeting at the DC's conference hall on April 9, in view of the proposed visit of Nagaland Governor Nand Kishore Yadav to Phek district on April 15.
According to a DIPR report, the DC briefed the members on the latest itineraries received in regard to the governor’s visit and directed all the concerned departments to stay prepared with up-to-date data on various schemes and projects being undertaken by the government for the benefit of the public.
Nguori also highlighted the governor’s interest in interacting with the beneficiaries of various government schemes from the district.

He further emphasised that departments should have a fair idea of each other roles to ensure smooth coordination. Departments to have CSS are Medical, PHED, Education, Rural Development, Water Resources, Agriculture, Veterinary, Land Resources, Social Welfare, Fisheries, CPO, and Food & Civil Supplies.
The DC reminded all the departments to be prepared for presentation and interaction related to their respective schemes and projects.
The list of departments shortlisted for power point presentations will be released by April 14, it stated.
