Dimapur, Feb. 22 (EMN): Deputy commissioner & DEO, Longleng, John Tsulise Sangtam has informed all presiding officers under 49 Tamlu and 50 Longleng assembly constituencies that the polling materials would be dispatched on February 25 from 12 p.m. at Receiving & Dispatching Centre, DC office, Longleng.
He however informed that EVM, (CU, BU) and VVPAT would be issued only on February 26 during their departure to polling station, a report from DPRO Longleng stated.
The DC has also directed all the polling parties to report at DC & DEO office on February 25 at 1 p.m. to familiarise themselves with their group members and also for a final briefing by the deputy commissioner and DEO. All concerned are directed to attend the briefing without fail.
