Dimapur, Nov. 3 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner, Longleng, John Tsulise Sangtam has informed all the land owners including governmental/ non-governmental agencies and other interested parties that land compensation for construction of 2 – Laning Merangkong – Tamlu – Mon road (100 kms) under phase ‘A’ of SARDP – NE in the state of Nagaland, Package – 1 (Design Chainage 10.70 to 20.00 Kms) and Package – II (Design Chainage 20.00 to 40.00 Kms) under Longleng district acquired under section 9(1)(2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act 1965 are ready for payment.
A DIPR report stated that all payment would be credited directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries/ owners within three days beginning from November 2.
All concerned are directed to clear up/ vacate the acquired land of the buildings or plantations, fisheries or any other structures within the compensated or to be compensated area within one month from the date of issue of this notice.
It stated that after the expiry of the notified date, the acquired land will be taken into possession by the NHIDCL, MoRTH without any further notice.
