Kiphire Deputy Commissioner Temsuwati Longkumer convenes a meeting ahead of the governor's visit to eastern districts.
DIMAPUR — In view of the proposed official visit of the Governor of Nagaland, Nand Kishore Yadav, to the eastern districts and Meluri district from July 5 to the 10th, Deputy Commissioner of Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer, has convened a coordination meeting of all heads of offices on Friday, June 26.
The meeting will be held at 12 noon in the DPDB Hall, Kiphire, according to a DIPR report. The meeting will review the preparedness of all departments and deliberate on matters pertaining to the successful conduct of the governor’s visit.
All heads of offices have been directed to attend the meeting. The deputy commissioner clarified that the deputation of representatives will not be permitted except under exceptional circumstances with prior approval.
All departments have been further instructed to arrive with the latest updates on departmental activities, achievements, ongoing projects, key issues, and other relevant information. Departments must also ensure that records, presentations, briefing notes, and other documents are updated and readily available for review during the visit.
The circular highlights that the meeting is being convened to ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders and effective planning for the proposed gubernatorial tour. Punctual attendance and active participation have been requested from all concerned.
