DC Dimapur orders sealing at Forest Colony

Dimapur, Nov. 23 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan, has ordered the sealing of Forest office complex and range office, Forest Colony for 48 hours in order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Any person violating these containment measures would be liable to be proceeded as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster management Act, 2005, besides legal action under Section-188 of the IPC.
