Dimapur, April 5 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome has informed the landowners and beneficiaries affected by the construction of new BG Railway Line from Dhansiri (Dimapur) to Zubza (Kohima) from Ch. 18.30 km to 21.7 km and 25.05 km to 38.35 km, that the payment of compensation for the land, building and other items will be carried out at DC conference hall, Dimapur from 10 a.m. onwards as under;
- 11th April 2017: Chumoukedima, New Chumoukedima and Kupuhe village.
- 12th April 2017: Molvom Ruzaphema, Socunoma, Moava, Zuikhu and Khaibung villages.
The chairmen, head GB and other members of the concerned village council have been directed to be present physically for identification of landowners and beneficiaries during disbursal of cheques. Failing which, payment shall be withheld.
DC also directed all the affected landowners and beneficiaries to come in person along with identification proof, Bank passbook, passport photos (5 copies) etc. Payment to any other representative other than the concerned person shall not be entertained.DC Dimapur informs affected landowners
