
Day-7 event to feature Samvaad, The Prophets, KL Pamei, Blue Temptation and DJ Ina
KOHIMA — The sixth day of the Hornbill Music Festival (HMF) 2024 witnessed a pure rock and roll night with Parikrama, Indus Creed, Fifth Note, Girish and the Chronicles etc. sharing the stage with their mesmerising performances.
The main arena at Kisama was packed with fun filled fans who were carried away with electrifying performances by some of India's most renowned rock bands.
The night kicked-off with a powerful performance by Fifth Note, winner of Ticket to Hornbill 2024 who captivated the audience with their energetic performances. Fifth Note is an experimental progressive rock band from Nagaland formed in the year 2019.
Parikrama, one of Asia's biggest rock bands hailing from
Delhi, delivered a high energy performances blended with Indian classical music
that left the crowd in wonderment. The energetic 13-year-old, Megan Rakesh,
filled the stage and crowd with fire with her deep vocals and highly energetic
performances.
Megan Rakesh, replaced the band's lead singer Nitin Malik after he was advised by doctor for a complete voice rest for over a month.
Indus Creed, Indian rock band from Mumbai, also delivered a unique performance.
Girish and the Chronicles (GATC) from Gangtok, Sikkim also shared the stage with some good numbers.
Atusa Katiry representing Meluri district and Nchumbemo Yanthan representing Wokha had earlier opened the stage with their incredible performance.
Day 7 (Dec. 7) event will feature Samvaad, The Prophets, KL Pamei, Blue Temptation and DJ Ina.
The concert will begin from 5:00 pm onwards at Main Arena, Naga Heritage Village Kisama.
