Dimapur, April 28 (EMN): The Chang Wedoshi Setshang (Chang Students’ Conference) has directed all the government employees under the Tuensang district to be at their respective places of posting without fail.
The organisation has issued this directive following its monthly review meeting held on April 26. It has particularly asked all the employees of the District Hospital Tuensang, community health centre, primary health centre and sub-centers under Chang jurisdiction to be stationed at their respective places of posting.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]CWS has also totally opposed to the practice of proxy teaching in government schools, while it also appealed to the department of School Education to look into the matter of the ongoing rationalisation of teachers.
It pointed out that the transfer of many teachers from the district without replacement has greatly hampered the academic activities of the schools and careers of students. Having observed that many schools are functioning without requisite teachers as per the notification of staffing pattern, the organisation has expressed strong opposition to the random rationalisation of teachers.
