Dimapur, July 23 (EMN): Chakhroma Public Organisation (CPO) will hold its annual general meeting on July 27 at 9:30 am onwards at CPO hall, Chümoukedima town.
All the villages, colonies and wards, who are yet to submit the triennial membership fees, are requested to bring on that day. All members are requested to come in any convenient Angami/ Tenyimi traditional attires for the programme.
CPO president, Vichütuolie Mere, and the general secretary, Zakievisie Kruse, stated that Rev. Keso Shüya would invoke God’s blessing followed with reports from all the frontal organisations under CPO in the first session.
It stated that after the presidential address, audit report and secretarial report, new team of CPO office bearers for the tenure 2019-22 would be introduced by the nomination committee. Advocate Kuolacalie Seyie, APO advisory board member, would be the speaker.
The joint statement also stated that in the second session, the amended constitution of CPO would be presented by the Constitution Amendment Committee for approval by the general body. The meeting would be hosted by the Chümoukedima unit of CPO.
All the concerned members are urged to make it convenient to attend the programme.
