Covid vaccination drive launched in Medziphema

Dimapur, Jan. 18 (EMN): SMO Dr. Nosezol Sezo the first to be vaccinated at the launch of the Covid-19 vaccination drive at Community Health Centre in Medziphema on January 18.

According to a DIPR update, 26 beneficiaries were registered for the first vaccination drive.

It stated that the vaccination programme was held in one session at CHC, where different terms were divided into three rooms, the waiting rooms, the vaccination room and the observation room. Beneficiaries were kept for 30 minutes in the rooms assisted by vaccination officers, it read.

ADC Medziphema briefed on why "people should be vaccinated and stay safe from the virus". He also requested all to be responsible by giving accurate information to the public about Covid vaccine.
