Covid-19: House at Darogajan sealed

Dimapur, Nov. 5 (EMN): Following the detection of Covid-19 positive person and in order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of the virus, Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur Rajesh Soundararajan, who is also the chairman of the District Disaster management Authority ordered sealing of house no. 108, near Tinali opposite to market, Darogajan with immediate effect till further order.

The DC also informed that any person violating the containment measures will be liable to be proceeded as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster management Act, 2005, besides legal action under Section-188 of the 1PC.
