Dimapur, March 24 (EMN): In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, the All Nagaland Counsellors' Association (ANCA) has volunteered to provide its services in cases that require “emotional and therapeutic support."
The association has informed through a press release that it would provide telephonic counselling by qualified and well-trained counsellors, and would follow the professional counselling protocol of maintaining "confidentiality and genuineness."
The experts can be contacted from 6 am to 9 pm daily but no other calls other than the purpose of professional counselling would be entertained, it informed.
"The public is not to misuse the services provided at this critical situation in order to facilitate the needy to avail professional help as required," it stated. Counselling services will be available till April 12, it added.
