
DIMAPUR — A one-day training for counting supervisors and counting assistants for the urban local body (ULB) elections for the Wokha Town Council was held at the DC conference hall in Wokha on Saturday.
Luchui Fithu, EAC and nodal officer, manpower and training management, Wokha, stated during the interaction that counting is one of the most important aspects of the electioneering process, according to a press release.
She urged them to strive for accuracy and precision, emphasising the importance of avoiding mistakes, errors, and irregularities. It was stressed that maintaining meticulousness and integrity in their assigned duties is essential for the smooth conduct of the election process.
