Dimapur, July 12 (EMN): Chakhesang Clean Election Movement (CCEM) convened a consultative meeting with VCC, VDB secretaries, head GB, student, youth, women leaders, BLOs, pastors, youth directors, women pastors and leaders from 22 villages at Chozuba Town Baptist Church on July 12.
During the meet, speeches were delivered by president of Chakhesang Public Organization, Kekhwengulo Lea; convener of CCEM, Dr. Küzhopoyo Tünyi; co-convener CCEM, John Lohe; member of Clean Election Core Committee NBCC Colo Mero, and executive secretary of Council of Chakhesang Christian Revival Churches Rev. Vevozo Khamo.
Rev. Dr. Vezopa Tetseo, executive secretary CBCC led the devotion and the meeting was concluded with a prayer led by Vekusa Lohe, Pastor of Chozuba Town Baptist Church.
The house unanimously resolved to uphold the 18 point guidelines given by the CCEM and NBCC after thorough deliberation.
More than 200 members attended the consultative meeting.
