DIMAPUR — Kohima District Level NARCO Coordination Centre (NCORD) Committee conducted a verification drive to inspect the installation of CCTV cameras in all pharmacies within Kohima.
The verification was carried out as a follow-up to an order issued by the deputy commissioner of Kohima on April 19 last directing all pharmacies and medical stores to install CCTV cameras inside and outside their premises within a month.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]A DIPR report stated that the verification was conducted from August 7 to the 10th by the committee comprising members from the district administration, police and Medical department.
The NCORD Committee emphasised the need for compliance and cautioned that non-compliance would result in legal action.
