Dimapur, April 12 (EMN): The three-day combined Fathers’ Camp of Razeba Baptist Church (RBC) and Zelome Baptist Church (ZBC) got underway at Koide Biisho in Senapati District, Manipur on Friday.
The combined Fathers’ Camp, which started on April 12, will conclude on April 14. The programme is organised by the Men Fellowship department of the Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers’ Hill Kohima (CBCMHK) under the theme “Stand Firm in the Faith; Be Men of Courage” (1 Cor. 16:13-14) and Rakodu Nukhu, Church Secretary, CBCMHK will lead the Bible study during the programme.
Rev. Wepre Mero, Pastor, CBCMHK, who spoke on the topic “Seek the Lord and live” during the introductory and Gospel Worship-I session, urged the campers to seek the Lord with all their might and strength, live to the fullest and be blessed in abundance, according to an update from CBCMHK.
A total of 24 members from CBCMHK, including camp officials, deacons and prayer warriors; and 71 members from Razeba Baptist Church and Zelome Baptist Church registered for the 3-day Fathers’ Camp.
Meanwhile, the speakers will take on topics: ‘Righteous father,’ ‘Family economy and management,’ and ‘As for me and my house we will serve the lord’ on the second day of the camp.
It may be mentioned that there will be five gospel worship services and four interactive sessions during the camp. Personal devotion, Bible study, recreational time, counselling, room devotion and medical treatment hour will also be held during the camp, according to an earlier update.
