- DIMAPUR — Following the Nagaland government’s
order directing all urban local bodies (ULBs) to cease the illegal practice of
issuing restrictive trade permits and to cancel all such permits already
issued, the Confederation of Nagaland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CNCCI)
has expressed appreciation for the government’s “swift and decisive action.”
- “The CNCCI recalls its sustained engagements with the
government at various levels, consistently raising this issue and advocating
for corrective measures. As the apex chamber representing all 17 district
chambers across the state, CNCCI considers itself a committed partner in the
government’s mission for economic development and progress.
