DIMAPUR, AUGUST 24: In a tragic incident, 69-year-old, Rangtalak Rangkau, the elder brother of Chief Minister TR Zeliang died on Wednesday after he was electrocuted while fixing a water pump at his residence at Jalukie town in Peren district.Sources said that he passed away at District Hospital, Jalukie. He was serving as an Associate Pastor at Christian Church, Jalukie town. Rangkau also served as a gaonbura of Jalukie town. He is survived by 6 daughters and 3 sons.
