Dimapur, Oct. 16 (EMN): The State Health Agency (AB-PMJAY CMHIS) under Health and Family Welfare department informed that CMHIS intensive beneficiary enrolment drive fortnight would be conducted from October 18 to the 31st.
Secretary to government of Nagaland and CEO of State Health Agency (AB PM-JAY CMHIS), Asangla Imti, informed that registration and obtaining the Ayushman card is mandatory for the beneficiaries to avail the benefits under the Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS).
Stating that collection of supporting documents for CMHIS (EP) beneficiaries for registration is underway, she informed that state beneficiary portal for online registration and for updation of beneficiary data is available at https://cmhis.nagaland.gov.in. Online registration and for updation of beneficiary data could be done either by self or through various registration centres including all primary health centres/ community health centres empanelled under the AB PM-JAY CMHIS, common service centres, UTI-ITSL and partner BIS operators/ agencies in the state or kiosks setup by empanelled card vendor at the campus of deputy commissioner office and district hospital in all district headquarters as well as at the administrative office/ health centre of block headquarters.
It informed that various departments at directorate and district offices are also designated as registration centres for respective employees and “Interested empanelled” private hospitals designated as registration centres.
It stated that the registration would be free of cost during the fortnight, thereafter the registration centres would charge from the beneficiary upto a maximum of INR 20 for every beneficiary household registered, taking consent from the beneficiaries for creating Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) and Aadhaar eKYC collection for generation of Ayushman card.
All citizens have been requested to register their family or update their family details either by self or through various registration centres and to obtain the Ayushman card for every member of the family, all free of cost during the fortnight observance.
