Chumoukedima Town Council flags off new water tanker

Dimapur, May 24 (EMN): Chumoukedima Town Council (CTC) on Monday flagged off a new water tanker, after pastor of Chumoukedima Town Baptist Church offered after a dedicatory prayer. The administrator, CTC expressed his appreciation to the Nagaland Pollution Control Board for funding the tanker under the National Clean Air Program 2020-21, an update informed.

Besides controlling dust and air pollution, CTC would be using the water tanker to provide free clean drinking water to all the wards under Chumoukedima town on specified days during the lockdown period to alleviate the problems of the general public caused by the increasing water scarcity problem in the town.
