Chiethu airport: Rio meets Civil Aviation minister

Rio, in a tweet, described the outcome of the meeting as positive. Meanwhile, the Civil Aviation minister tweeted about the meeting. “Today, in a break from convention, I discussed and resolved issues related to aviation access and infrastructure in NE states and UTs through VC (video conferencing) with senior officials,” Puri wrote on his official twitter handle. He was glad that the Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio and the Chief Minister of Mizoram, Zoramthanga could join him at the at the Ministry of Civil Aviation in New Delhi for the meeting. Building relations with Israel In a separate tweet, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio said that he had a fruitful meeting with the Ambassador of Israel to India Dr. Ron Malka. “We discussed about closer cooperation, more people to people contact and building partnership towards mutual benefit. Grateful for his kind hospitality,” he wrote.
