Chiephobozou administration reviews the preparation of the District Census Hand Book for the upcoming Census 2027.
DIMAPUR — The monthly coordination meeting of Chiephobozou was conducted in the DB's Court at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Chiephobozou, on Wednesday to discuss the preparation of the District Census Hand Book for Census 2027.
Chairing the meeting, ADC and Sub-Divisional Census Officer Vekusheyi Rhakho stated that the main agenda was to discuss and deliberate on the preparation of the District Census Hand Book (DCHB), which is a part of the ongoing Census 2027.
He informed that during the preparation of the DCHB, the appointed field functionaries will be required to obtain relevant data and information related to various departments.
He also informed the house that the relevant information pertaining to their respective departments, as provided in the information and data, are to be provided separately for respective villages and the town. Highlighting the importance of the census handbook, he urged the field functionaries to make entries based on facts and figures, as it would be used in future planning.
The meeting was attended by the heads of offices in Chiephobozou, all appointed field functionaries of Chiephobozou Urban, Chiephobozou Rural, Botsa Charge institutions, and town councillors.
