Dimapur, May 11 (EMN): The Chief Secretary of Nagaland, Temjen Toy has convened a meeting with Administrative Heads of Departments (AHoD) on May 10 in the Secretariat conference hall in Kohima. DIPR updated on Friday.
Addressing the officers, the chief secretary has requested them to maintain and keep their respective register.
Talking about an ideal movement of file handling from AHoD-advisor-chief minister and vice versa, he advised the officers to maintain prerequisites such as note sheets and mark sheets.
Informing that the government has decided not to entertain condonation of over age employees, however, he said the departments are sending proposals to the Personnel and Administrative Reforms department for consideration. He requested the officials to refrain after window period is over.
The commissioner-secretary to chief ministerm, P&AR, and Tourism, Abhishek Singh, has informed the officers to submit the related pending cases at the earliest.
For easy co-ordination and smooth implementation of various government schemes, he requested all the departments to prepare the details of the centrally sponsored schemes pertaining to the departments and submit it to his office at the earliest.
