Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio mourns Dr. N Moa, remembering the veteran physician's lifelong service, compassion and enduring legacy

DIMAPUR— Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has expressed grief over the demise of Dr. N Moa, describing him as a distinguished medical doctor who dedicated his life to serving the sick.
In a condolence message issued on Friday, Rio said: “He dedicated his life to healing and serving the sick without any prejudices.”
The CM said that the doctor was well known to him and had served as the personal doctor of his late father.
“The bond that our family shared with him and the care and kindness shown to my father will always be remembered,” he said.
Describing Dr. Moa as a man of deep faith, compassion and humility, Rio said that he lived a life of purpose and service, touching countless lives.
He stated that the Ao community and the Nagas had lost a father figure, but added that Dr. Moa leaves behind a legacy of kindness, wisdom and healing.
Extending his condolences to the bereaved family, the chief minister said that his family joined him in praying that they would find strength and solace during the time of grief.
