DIMAPUR — Chief
Minister Neiphiu Rio has greeted the Tikhir community on the occasion of
Kuhlang-Nyi.
“Warm Kuhlang-Nyi greetings to the Tikhir community, a
festival where warriors celebrate bravery and courage. Traditional festivals
play a vital role in preserving our rich culture and values for future
generations. Wishing joy and prosperity to all,” he wrote in a post on X.
