Dimapur, Nov. 11 (EMN): The 8th General Session of the Chi-Ko (Chikrimi-Kozabomi) Welfare Organization, Pfutsero was held on Nov. 11 at CBCC Ground, Pfutsero town.
Pastor Solhou Koza invoked God’s blessings while welcome address was delivered by Teisovilhou Koza.
Highlighted on the history and formation of the organisation, Pulo Koza said it is formed to foster unity and fraternity between the two villages.
VCC Kikruma Vezota Kezo exhorted the gathering by stating “one concept of friendship is to build an interdependent society helping the one in need.”
VCC Khezhakeno Kepfelhou Ladu spoke on value of friendship, solidarity and also advised not to denounce on neighbouring villages.
Retd. Secy. Sachopra Vero in his address stressed on preservation and promotion of one’s culture and importance of education in today’s world.
President Tenyimia Organisation Timikha Koza spoke on good principles and ideals towards good relationship with other village and quoted, ‘let the welfare of the other people be first’.
Former VCC Khezhakeno Khalo Ladu, the feast father, advised the organisation to be the torch bearer in leading the people towards better prospect in disseminating the seed of unity. He also hoisted the flag.
Specials songs were presented by Ventaüalü Tünyi and friends, Atso-ü Koza and the Khezhakeno Women office bearers. Around 2000 members attended the programme.
