DIMAPUR — Chef Joel Consultancy, Recruitment and Catering Services, along with Ecentre, a sister concern under Edu Northeast Private Limited, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with JOJO International Group to provide international career and placement opportunities for the youth of Northeast India.
According to an update, the collaboration aims to create structured pathways for students and job seekers from the Northeast to access global internships, work permits, and permanent residency opportunities.
Founded in 2009, JOJO International Group is an international recruitment and workforce mobility company operating across major Indian cities, including Kolkata, Darjeeling, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and Varanasi, with international offices in the Philippines, Indonesia, Dubai, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The company caters to multiple industries such as hospitality, construction, transportation, logistics, automobiles, and agriculture.
Meanwhile, Chef Joel Consultancy and Ecentre have been active in career guidance, recruitment, training, and placement development programmes across the Northeast.
The partnership is expected to open doors for aspiring candidates looking for internships in countries such as France, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, the United States, Australia, and Dubai. The collaboration will also facilitate overseas work permits for destinations across the Middle East, including Dubai, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
In Europe, opportunities will be available in countries including Malta, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Serbia, Belarus, Bosnia, Albania, Poland, and Hong Kong. The initiative will further assist eligible candidates seeking permanent residency visas for Australia and New Zealand, along with high-net-worth individual and investment visa opportunities in New Zealand.
