CNSA lauds Government of Nagaland and Home Department for successful completion of first phase of police recruitment process.

DIMAPUR — The Central Nagaland Students’ Association (CNSA) has extended its appreciation to the Government of Nagaland and the Home department for the successful completion of the physical test phase of the police recruitment process across the state.
In a statement, the association acknowledges the efforts of the authorities concerned for conducting the recruitment process in an orderly manner, ensuring discipline, coordination, and participation of a large number of aspirants.
According to the association, such initiatives not only strengthen the police force but also provide much-needed employment opportunities to the youth of the state.
At the same time, the CNSA urged the government and the concerned recruitment authorities to uphold the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and accountability in the forthcoming written examinations.

“It is imperative that the remaining stages of the recruitment process are conducted in a free, fair, and impartial manner so as to maintain public trust and ensure that merit prevails above all else,” it stated.
CNSA further acknowledged the government's effort in addressing the long-standing vacancies in the Police department.
“Filling up these vacancies is a commendable step that has created meaningful employment opportunities for the Naga Youth,” it stated.
“The Central Nagaland Students’ Association remains committed to safeguarding the interests of students and unemployed youth and will continue to engage constructively with the government for the welfare and progress of Nagaland.”
