Dimapur, Jan. 17 (EMN): The Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (CBCC) will be conducting its annual general council from Jan. 19-21, under the theme “Knitted together in Christ” at Baptist Theological College, Mission Centre T Chikri in Pfütsero.
Speakers for the event are president CBCC, Rev. Dr. DinguKenye; former general secretary of NBCC, Rev. Dr. Phüveyi Dozo; former general secretary of Asia Pacific Baptist Federation, Rev. Bonny Resu; and senior pastor Chakhesang Baptist Church, Minister Hill, Kohima, Rev. Dr. Vevo Phesao.
Resource person during the workshop on Clean Election will be Theja Therie and lecturer Eastern Theological College, Jorhat, Vimeno Lasetso will lead the Bible Study.
CBCC executive secretary Rev. Dr. VezopaTetseo Has informed all the churches under CBCC to send six delegates each having above 500 baptized members and 4 delegates having less than 500 baptized members. All the executive committee members are requested to arrive on Jan.18 before 2 p.m.
