Dimapur, Oct. 30 (EMN): Considering serious social and economic implication of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and brucellosis, department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, will be visiting all the villages, towns and localities in Kiphire district for vaccination of cattle, mithuns, buffaloes, sheep, goats and pigs.
A DPR report that any owner refusing to vaccinate their livestock or obstructing the activities would attract legal actions from the government. All the villages/ town authority, general public and livestock owners are requested to give full cooperate to the vaccination teams for the successful completion of the noble mission.
