The Catholic Youth Association Tobu hosts a three-day children's summer camp at Holy Redeemer Parish for 133 students.

DIMAPUR — A three-day children’s summer camp on the theme "Rooted and build up" was organised by the Catholic Youth Association (CYA), Tobu, under the aegis of the Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) at Newman Higher Secondary School from July 17 to the 19th.
The camp, organised for the catechism students of Holy Redeemer Parish, Tobu, aimed to nurture the spiritual growth of children by strengthening their understanding of the teachings of the Catholic Church and encouraging them to remain rooted in Christian faith and values, stated an update.
During the three-day programme, 133 children participated in sessions focused on faith formation, Christian values, and living a Christ-centred life.
The event featured daily devotional worship, Bible skits, quiz competitions, group discussions, interactive sessions, outdoor games, and other recreational activities combining learning with fellowship.
The resource persons for the camp were Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Kevishi Solomon, Cicily Kamei (SABS), CYA Advisor Changku Augustine, and Trainer of Teachers (ToT) David Jongo.
The camp concluded on Sunday with a Holy Eucharist offered for the children, followed by a prize distribution.
