All human beings pass through three stages of life: childhood, youth, and parenthood. Having crossed the various stages of life, today we all have become either old men or old women. Like Methaneilie’s wishful song, we may not live a thousand years to see the future generations! Yet, if all of us who are 80+ years today jot down few words or lines of our concern or interest, it will be of some value for posterity. This will be our legacy to the future generations.
With this in mind, soon after the dawn of 2020, information was sent out to several 80+ elderly people; and as many as 80 have responded so far. Some renowned octogenarians and nonagenarians have left us only after the dawn of 2020, and yet, by the grace of God many of us are still enjoying long life and hence information is being continuously circulated even now.
It is being circulated thus:
1. All 80+ Nagas should write article in 500-2000 words or a page.
2. Contributors should write their names and date of birth clearly.
3. Two copies of latest passport size photos (preferably taken in 2020).
4. It will be most appreciated if articles or noting are submitted before the end of May 2020 to the undersigned for compilation in book form.
