Businessman robbed in Dimapur

A Staff Reporter DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 3 A ‘non local’ businessman was robbed of cash amounting to Rs 18 lakh in Dimapur today. Police said that the businessman was crossing the Nyamo Lotha Road in Dimapur with Rs 18 lakh in a bag when two ‘non local’ youths in a bike snatched the bag and fled. The police source said that the businessman was heading to a place after withdrawing the money from the Axis Bank at around 11: 30 am. The police are investigating the incident.
