Bulldog FC lifts 3rd Astro Turf Futsal Tournament

Dimapur, March 12 (EMN): Bulldog FC lifted the 3rd Astro Turf Futsal tournament under the aegis of OLOGOC -- one life, one goal, one chance -- after defeating Adroit Boys FC Club at Zasivi Futsal Arena in Jotsoma, Kohima on Saturday.

Bulldog FC scored six goals, which came from the boots of Senti (three goals), Shijong (two goals) and Awang (one goal), while Neikethozo, Zenikho and Kezhangulie of Adroit FC scored one goal each for the team, a press release informed.

Bulldog FC walked away with a cash prize of INR 30,000 along with a trophy and certificate, while Adroit FC walked home with INR 15, 000, trophy and certificates.

In the first semi final, Bulldog FC scored eight goals, while Emoji FC managed to score two goals. In the second set, Adroit boys FC won the match by six goals after defeating Team Crew X, who scored five goals.

The best goalkeeper went to Nughoto of Emoji FC and Pursunep OF Bulldog FC won the man of the tournament.
