Dimapur, April 18 (EMN): As a mark of protest demanding a roll-back of the formation of subsidiary tower company, the joint action committee (JAC) of ‘association/ union of BSNL North East-II’ has announced a ‘march to governor’s residence’ programme on April 19 in all the circle headquarters.
The organisation contends that the formation of the subsidiary tower company would ruin the BSNL. Organisations from all the circle headquarters would submit a memorandum to their respective governor, it was informed.
In Nagaland all the unions and associations of the NE-II circle would participate in the march at 10:30 am from the area manager office main OCB Exchange BSNL at Kohima to the Raj Bhavan and submit memorandum to the governor.
The JAC has urged the governor to take action ‘to maintain peaceful and successful procession.’
