
'Brillante,' the 2nd edition of the Nagaland Piano Festival, concluded with a memorable ceremony held at RCEMPA, Jotsoma some distance away from the state capital, Kohima on Oct. 31.
Chandni Kausika, from Chennai won the category A (Junior) and Shantanu Patel from Ahmadabad won the category B (Senior) after a tough competition among 10 pianists (five from each category).
The audience choice award was begged by Ayide Koza.
In the category A (junior) Metshewe-u Lohe from Kohima stood the 1st runner-up and Rokosituo Hozoyeh won the 2nd runner-up.
In category B (senior) Anuvrat Choudhary from Gurgaon stood 1st runner-up while Ayide Koza won the 2nd runner-up.
Other participants who made it to the finale were Vichürielie Sechü from Sechü Zubza, Visevoü Üsou and Neivinuo Rino from Kohima and Moawapang Lusang from Dimapur.
Special appearances were also made by Chathavi Vüprü, Kekhrie Ringa and Zubeni, Ayim Longchar, and Ronnie and the band.
Natalia Kapylova and Aman Mahajan were the guest artists of the night.
