DIMAPUR — The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Nagaland organised a blood donation camp as part of the ongoing observance of Atal Smriti Varsh at the District Hospital Dimapur on December 29.
According to a press release, the programme was conducted under the guidance of Benjamin Yepthomi, state president of BJP Nagaland, and led by V Khekato Awomi, president of BJYM Nagaland and DMC councillor.
The camp witnessed participation from BJP karyakartas and volunteers, resulting in the collection of 18 units of blood.
Pintu Ghosh, state BJP secretary and convener of Atal Smriti Varsh Nagaland, participated in the camp and encouraged party workers and youth to uphold the values of compassion, responsibility, and selfless service inspired by the ideals of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
The update stated that the initiative forms part of a series of programmes being organised across Nagaland to commemorate Atal Smriti Varsh.
