An emergency meeting of BJP Nagaland State Unit office bearers and legislators, at a meeting in Dimapur on Saturday, while adopting a four-point resolution reaffirmed its support to majority NPF group led by G Kaito Aye while asserting that BJP Nagaland is steadfastly united. The meeting also resolved that the press statement issued by James Viihoshe, general secretary (admn.) on January 10 was without the authorization of the party to go to the print media and hence treated as null and void.
It further resolved that henceforth all official statements will be issued by and/or through the party spokespersons only. This was stated in a release issued by BJP Nagaland president Dr. M Chuba Ao and BJP MLA Dr. TM Lotha.
