Dimapur, Dec. 11 (EMN): Elaborating on the crucial role of the minority wing, state BJP secretary and in-charge of minority morcha, Khevishe Sema, said minorities could play vital role in solving many major problems.
Addressing the members of BJP minority morcha in its executive meeting held on December 8 at Hotel Pink City, Khevishe Sema urged them to motivate and bring about changes in the mindset of the Naga society. He further urged the members to be ambassadors of the party without any expectation in return from the party.
A press release issued by BJP minority morcha general secretary, Pintu M Ghosh stated that the guest speakers had highlighted on various programmes initiated by the central government to bring positive changes in the state.
KV Sabu, secretary of central core committee and in-charge of minority morcha, stated that BJP is the largest political party in India and the world. He encouraged the workers to use their positive thoughts to make party strong and dedicates their service to the people of Nagaland.
Minority morcha president, Rajiv Jha emphasised that the first and foremost responsibility of the party is to adhere strict decorum and follow protocol for progress.
He also urged the members to contribute for the welfare of the society by undertaking initiatives like cleanliness drive, Swachh Bharat etc.
Other guest speakers were Thomas Magh, national executive member, and Mahesh Koteja, state treasurer.
