Dimapur, Aug. 6 (EMN): The BJP Nagaland Unit today strongly condemned what it termed, the baseless allegations labelled through posters and social media campaign against the BJP national Organising Secretary, Ananta Narayan Mishra and asserted that such allegations have no substance but aimed only to tarnish the image of the party.
A press release issued by the Chief Spokesperson of BJP Nagaland, Kuputo Shohe expressed ‘doubt’ that it would be the handiwork of the party’s political adversaries.
“BJP Nagaland unit is doubtful that it would be the handiwork of our political adversaries in connivance with some disgruntled party members with an ulterior motive to weaken the Party Organisation which is growing in strength with new guard,” stated the Nagaland BJP chief spokesperson.
In this connection, Shohe appealed to all the party members to refrain from indulging in such cowardly and immature act by going to the social media, print media and any sort of campaign against the party or any officals as it may attract disciplinary action as per the party constitution. He said that suggested that any grievance of complaint substantiated with evidence can be brought to the appropriate forum for redressal and justice.
