Timing blunder in Kohima
In major blunder the celebration programme that was scheduled to be held in Kohima started an hour early than that was notified. This left the media fraternity high and dry who were invited to cover the programme.
The programme sent to the media houses clearly stated that it was to begin at 2 pm, however it started an hour ahead but the media was not informed about it.
The programme had already got over when the media personnel reached the venue around 1.55 pm.
